[Mveca_usas] Calendar Yearend meeting Wednesday, December 3

Hello,

IRS has confirmed that they will present at our scheduled calendar yearend meeting on December 3.

There is no change in either the USPS or USAS CYE  process.  We have a few new users and it's always important for the experienced user to review these annual processes!     We will go over the USPS checklist at 9:30 - 10:30 and then, immediately, cover USAS until 11:00.   Wendy Speelman from the IRS will present from 11:00 to 12:00.   She will cover student workers, taxable fringe benefits, W2 and 1099 reporting.  If you have questions for Wendy, please bring them with you.

I will have copies of the presentations at the meeting as well as the checklist.  I'll send additional support documents attached to an email.

If you haven't already registered and you plan to attend, please respond to this email.  There are, currently, 45 registered.

I'm on vacation next week.   Have a very Happy Thanksgiving!
