Hello,


1.        W2/1099 access- Each district is permitted to have 2 OnBase user accounts for 1099s and W2s.  Logins were sent to those users.  There has been some confusion about who should have access to these forms.  Please login and make sure you have access to the correct form. You should see your district prefix and the form type: i.e. XE W2 or XE 1099.  You can only print one form at a time.  If you need paper copies for a city reconciliation that has more than 10 withholders, send me the city abbreviation and I'll create a batch print file for those cities.



2.       I will not submit to RITA, the SSA or the IRS until the week of February 22nd.   If you find errors in the tax forms, we can make changes using a demo up until the submission IF the employee or vendor has not filed their taxes.


3.       W2s will be in the Employee Kiosk by tomorrow.



4.       EMIS- First Staff and Couse 16L Manifest.  The 16L manifest was published over the weekend.  The manifest is set to expire 4/1/16.  I will have a Webex meeting in the next couple of weeks to go over the staff EMIS reporting elements.


5.       I'm out of the office tomorrow and Friday in training for the redesign of USAS and USPS.  Please write helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> if you have any issues.  Karen and Liz will be covering the fiscal helpdesk.  If you need an immediate answer, call the office, 937-767-1468.
