[Mveca_usas] Pre-FYE Closing Procedure Presentation and Lab Training

Hello,

Please join us on May 11th from 9:00 - 12:00 at the Greene ESC Commons for a presentation covering the procedures leading up to FYE Closing. We plan to include:


*        APPROP - Appropriation Maintenance

*        Month End Closing Procedures with guest speaker, Darian Ascoli from Xenia Community Schools

*        A quick overview of FYE Closing Procedures (a more in-depth discussion is planned for the USAS FYE Meeting in June)

*        ACH Vendor Payments with a guest speaker (TBD)

Also, if you would like to know more about Month End Closing procedures, please plan to return after lunch at 1:00 in the MVECA Lab for additional training with Darian Ascoli. He will share time saving tips and the excel shortcuts he uses each month to close at Xenia Community Schools.
