We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide responses to the survey and forward this to anyone in your organization that works directly with MVECA. You may have previously received this message directly from the MCOECN. We will be sending this information to additional MVECA users in the coming week.

ITC Customer Satisfaction Survey
As an owner of your ITC, your feedback is vital to helping your ITC provide the highest possible experience for you and everyone in your school(s). Please take a few moments to complete this survey, providing your opinions regarding the customer service experience provided by your ITC.
On behalf of the Management Council and Ohio’s ITCs, I cordially invite you to participate in this first annual statewide ITC customer satisfaction survey. Your feedback on ITC customer service will help support your ITC’s commitment to continuous service improvement. The information you provide will enable your local ITC to better understand and improve services. We may also be able to use the aggregate data from these surveys to inform policy statewide.
Beginning this 2016-2017 school year, all ITCs have agreed to use a common customer satisfaction survey. At each ITC’s discretion, this common survey may be in place of, or in addition to, a local ITC survey. The common survey is being administered by the Management Council, which is an association representing all ITCs by providing state-level support and program management to empower ITCs to be the leading IT service providers in Ohio.
The survey consists of 23 multiple-choice questions plus several free response opportunities for you to comment on or suggest ways to improve communications, professional development, customer support, system reliability, technical leadership, and the overall value of your ITC.
This survey will be open for a period of two weeks concluding on March 29, 2017. Once the survey concludes, we will provide the results to each ITC. It will be up to each individual ITC to determine how this information will be published and distributed to their customer/owners. Providing your name and/or identifying your school organization is optional; if you choose not to disclose this information, the Management Council will consider any responses you provide to be confidential to the extent permitted by Ohio public records law.
