[Mveca_usas] MVECA0 down time

Hello,

We are adding a new disk to our server for USAS and USPS, MVECA0.  It requires a shutdown for an hour.  We plan to do this on Sunday, 4/8/18 at 7:00 a.m.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience.  We will let you know when the server is backup and available on Sunday.
