[Mveca_usas] Maintenance Window

We are planning a maintenance window starting next Saturday 4/28 at 9 PM.  If all goes according to plan we should complete the maintenance by 9 AM Sunday 4/29.

Ideally most systems will function during the maintenance window but we wanted you to know in case we hit unforeseen issues.
