[Mveca_usas] MVECA Maintenance Window

All,

We are scheduling a maintenance window for Monday February 19th (President's Day) from 8 AM to 4 PM to update our core server infrastructure.  During this period there may be intermittent outages but most systems should be available most of the time (barring unforeseen issues).
