Hello!!

Here's an updated agenda for the March 13th roundtables at the SOESC. There are separate registrations for morning and afternoon sessions.  You do not have to attend both sessions.

1:00-3:00 MVECA hosted
               USAS and USPS Roundtables

The afternoon USAS and USPS roundtable will be split.  USAS will meet in one room and USPS in another. The roundtable is structured for you to share your controls and network with other participants.  Below is a list of topics that we will be prepared to present in the absence of any ad hoc discussions.

3.      Accounts Receivable Practices

USPS topics:

1.      BRDDIS - all the pieces to the puzzle to make it work best for you

*        Time Clock options

*        3rd party vendor import files

3.      Checklist and payroll balancing tips

We are excited to invite everyone out to the Southern Ohio ESC on March 13th. The ESC is hosting guest speakers in the morning and Deb and I will be hosting a Fiscal Round Table in the afternoon. Here is the agenda:

9:00 am - 12:00 noon

Dave Rike will give a presentation on CPS Payment Services

A Speaker from the State Auditor's Office will give a presentation on Policy Changes

Noon - Lunch break

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Fiscal Round Table to discuss any issues relating to Payroll or Accounting
