[Mveca_usas] USAS Software Changes - Prevention of back-dating invoices

Hello,

We recently installed a new software release that will not allow an invoice date to be entered that is not within the current fiscal year when paying invoices. This release will impact all invoice related programs.

If an earlier date is needed for reporting, the "received by" date may be a good substitute for this purpose. This is step #24 on our FYE checklist that instructs to use the PAYABL program:
