[Mveca_usas] Tax form processing update

Hello!

Thank you all for promptly completing your yearend processing.  We have printed the final district's W2s and only have a couple more 1099s!!


1.       Tax forms are now in OnBase.  Attached are the instructions for retrieving and printing your tax forms, as well as, resetting your forgotten password.  The link to OnBase is https://obweb.hccanet.org/OnBase/Login.aspx.   You need to disable the pop up blocker.  You can use these forms for replacing lost forms or for reconciliation with municipalities.

2.       Tax forms are, also, available in the Employee Kiosk unless you asked for a specific date and the date is in the future.

3.       We are now working on creating your city tax submission files.  We will create and submit a file for CCA and RITA for districts that requested it.  All other city tax files will be created (i.e. Springfield, Xenia, Washington CH).  Instructions will be sent to you for retrieving and submitting the file.

4.       We will submit W2s to the SSA and 1099s to the IRS next week.

5.       We will rerun the backup and CalendarCD for districts that used a demo to process W2s and/or 1099s.
