[Mveca_usas] New Fiscal Staff Member, Staff EMIS changes and Civil Rights Report

Hello,

We installed a patch to the software that updated valid values for POSITION_CODE and FUND_SOURCE.

1.       POSITION_CODE 330-Visiting Teacher Assignment was removed.  Please do a Safari query to determine if you have this code assigned to anyone that is flagged "Y" to report to EMIS.  Another option is to look at the staff employment record report from the data collector.  You will have to change this position code to a valid code, http://education.ohio.gov/getattachment/Topics/Data/EMIS/EMIS-Documentation/Current-EMIS-Manual/3-9-Position-Codes-v6-1.pdf.aspx?lang=en-US.

2.       POSITION_CODE 122-Dean of Students was added.

3.       FUND_SOURCE Y-Title III was added.

4.       There is a Civil Rights report available in USPS.  Type CRDC at the menu to create the CRDC.TXT and the error report, CRDCE.TXT.  This report was updated to include SCH-0043.  The SCH-0043 report lists the Instructional Staff with absences greater than 10 days.   This report has been missing from CRDC since June 2017 when CRDC was updated for 2015-2016 changes.
