[Mveca_usas] CYE Meetings (12/02) - Please register now & save the date

Good Afternoon,

Please make sure you join the Redesign WebEx for the USAS-R meeting that will start at 2PM.

Redesign Users
The Redesign Meetings will be in the afternoon and we will use the same WebEx link for both so users attending both the USPS-R (12:30 PM - 2 PM) session and the USAS-R session (2 PM - 3:30PM) can use the same phone line. USPS-R only users can log out of the WebEx meeting once the USPS-R session is adjourned and the USAS-R users can join in at 2:00 PM (We will have a 10-15 minute break between the sessions). Good Afternoon,

On December 2nd we will host our CYE training and we will be recording the sessions. The documentation will be available and updated on the MVECA Fiscal webpage by December 2nd and copies will also be emailed out to everyone. The recorded webinar links will be emailed by Monday, December 6th. Below is the meeting information, WebEx links, and registrations for both Classic and Redesign CYE meetings.

Classic Users
The Classic meetings will be in the morning on 12/2/2021 and we will use the same WebEx link so users attending both the USPS (8:30 - 10 AM) session and the USAS session (10:30 AM - 12 PM) can use the same phone line. USPS only users can log out of the WebEx meeting once the USPS session is adjourned and the USAS users can join in at 10:30 AM.
