[Mveca_usas] Level 2 validations for Financial H data - GNIS 360

Hello,  Here is additional information about level 2 error GNIS360 from Jim Long at ODE:

*         "This particular error-GNIS 360- is just an indication to the district (or community school, JVSD, etc.) receiving this that as of the date the error was produced, your FY21 finance data (expenditure, cash, receipt, etc.) have not yet been received by EMIS. So it's not an error, per se', as much as a notification. We typically start sending these out in early July but they become more relevant as late August approaches. Once your FY21 H-period data is submitted this particular error will stop being sent. I hope that makes sense. Thanks!"

I interpret this as the data is sent but not yet received/processed by EMIS.
