Good Afternoon,

A few questions have come in that I want to share with all users......

We will record both the morning classic FYE meetings and the afternoon Redesign meetings and send out the recordings to all users by 6/14. Recordings can take up to 24 hours to be available, this is why we will email them out on Monday.

Also, the FYE documentation has not been finalized yet; we will ensure we email out the documentation to all users before the meetings begin on 6/11/2021.

Good Afternoon,

Classic Users
We are hosting the FYE meetings for Classic and Redesign (USAS and USPS) on Friday, 6/11/2021. The Classic Meetings will be in the morning and we will use the same WebEx link so users attending both the USAS (8:30-10 AM) session and the USPS session (10:30 AM - 12 PM) can use the same phone line. USAS only users can log out of the WebEx meeting once the USAS session is adjourned and the USPS users can join in at 10:30 AM. Redesign Users
The Redesign Meetings will be in the afternoon and we will use the same WebEx link for both so users attending both the USAS-R (12:30 PM - 2:00PM) session and the USPS-R session (2PM - 3:30PM) can use the same phone line. USAS-R only users can log out of the WebEx meeting  once the USAS-R session is adjourned and the USPS-R users can join in at 2:00 PM (We will have a 10-15 minute break between the sessions likely at 1:45 PM if we wrap up USAS-R early).
