[Mveca_usas] PCR Report for ODE

Good Morning MVECA Land!

We have had a few districts reach out on how they can pull the PCR report/file for ODE. Attached is a video that walks through this process and also outlined below are the steps to follow:


1.       In USAS-R go to the budget account activity report (BUDLED) and click to download and generate

2.       On the report option tab choose the report option: Excel data

3.       In the Query options use

a.        Start date: 7/1/2021

b.       End date for L (short cut to run it through the end of the current fiscal year or if they only want the data through FY2022 use the date, 6/30/2022)

c.       Fund: 507

d.       Include SCC: 9022

4.       Generate Report

5.       In the spreadsheet (select all data) and insert a pivot table (From the Insert Ribbon at the top)

6.       In the pivot table move the property “Object One Digit Level” under the section Rows field

7.       Next move the property “Expended Amount” in the Values field

8.       If preferred add in $ symbol for formatting purposes to the Sum of Expended Amount
