[Mveca_usas] Email notifications for Expired Passwords- PLEASE READ

Good Morning,

Many of you likely will be getting an email if you have not already stating that your DSL password is expired and to please reset it soon. This notification is automatically being generated as our Tech team is working on enrolling everyone into a program for a self service tool to reset your own Redesign passwords. At this time you do not need to reset your password unless you get an expired/bad credentials error when you log into Redesign. If your password is truly expired please still email us at helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> and we will have your password reset until we are able to host a training.

Once the tech team has everyone enrolled we will announce a training session for our users on how to use this tool. We will send an update on when the training session is scheduled and it will be a recorded session . Also, the recorded training will be shareable for districts to share with all users.
