[Mveca_usas] Document Store Migration

Good Morning and Happy Friday!

As discussed during our Fiscal Year End (FYE) training for USAS, UPSP, and EIS, all documents currently stored in File Archive will need to be migrated to the new Document Store. We are planning to begin migrations in August.

To help us develop a migration schedule, we have created a Google Sheet and ask that each district submit its top 3 preferred months for migrating data and beginning use of the Document Store.

While we provided a preview and demonstration of the Document Store module during FYE training, we will provide additional training before districts begin using the new system.

Please submit your district's top 3 migration preferences by Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Once responses have been collected, we will draft a migration schedule and share it with SSDT as well as with all participating districts.
