<p class="MsoNormal">Per ODE, we recently removed the Federal Assistance Summary and Detail from the EMIS extract. The Federal Assistance Detail and Summary data existed in USAS for the purpose of EMIS reporting. We did our due diligence and discussed the
removal of this feature with the Prioritization Working Group. We also reached out to AOS and the SOC1 auditors to ensure this data wasn't being used for purposes outside of EMIS reporting. Hearing no other use cases we opted to remove the Federal Assistance
Detail and Summary from USAS. This was done with the 2024.0.0 release on January 19, 2024.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have received a couple of reports of districts using this data for their Federal Schedules. We are reaching out to you to find out how widely this information is being provided to auditors for the specific use of Federal Schedules.
If its use is limited we can suggest other reports that will provide the necessary information. If it is widely used, we will consider other alternatives. In addition, if you know of other use cases please share that information with us as well.<o:p></o:p></p>
