</span>about any data that may currently be in the FFE and that you need to make a decision whether to delete or archive those files.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif;color:#414141">As has been mentioned at various conferences over the past year, the EMISFFE application is going to be retired once the Data Collector is ready to accept CSV formatted data
for all record types. We are confirming that CSV formats for all record types are supported for this year’s remaining reporting; therefore, the last date EMISFFE will be available is
<strong><span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">April 15, 2026</span></strong>. <o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:3.75pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:7.5pt;margin-left:0in">
<b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif;color:#414141">Prior to that date, districts actively using EMISFFE may wish to save any data they have entered by utilizing the
</span></b><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif;color:#414141;font-weight:normal">Export data
</span></strong><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif;color:#414141">option from the menu. This option will generate EMIS flat formatted output.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>

<b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif;color:#414141">If there is data in EMISFFE that is no longer needed, districts are asked to delete such data if possible; however, this is not required.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:3.75pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:7.5pt;margin-left:0in">
<b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif;color:#414141">SSDT staff will be exporting and archiving any data in the EMISFFE database after April 15. This archive data is only intended to be accessed in critical, unexpected situations—if
you will likely need EMISFFE data in the future, please export it now instead of relying on this archive.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
