<p class="isselectedend">We have identified an issue with the external authentication connection that is preventing users from logging into the software applications. We have escalated the issue to SSDT this evening for further investigation.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="isselectedend">At this time, <strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">no users are able to log into the software applications</span></strong>, as an error indicating “bad credentials” is being displayed when attempting to sign in.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="isselectedend">We will provide another update as soon as we have additional information and will notify everyone once the issue has been resolved.<o:p></o:p></p>
