[Mveca_usps] Staff EMIS changes for 15L reporting

Hello,

Stacy from ODE presented here this week to EMIS Coordinators.  She said that the "Z" fund source, Preschool, was being eliminated as well as the "120" Position Code, ESC Supervisor.  Please query your data to determine if changes are needed.  There is not one specific replacement code for position fund source code 'Z'.  Districts should choose the code that most closely describes the fund source from which the employee is paid.  Use another Supervisor code to replace the 120 (i.e. 110 - Supervisor/Manager).

I don't know if the software will be updated to change these codes to invalid.
