[Mveca_usps] ANNOUNCING - USPS Roundtable

Hello!

It's a beautiful Friday here in Yellow Springs!  I hope it's beautiful where you are, too!

I've scheduled a USPS Roundtable for Friday, September 25, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. until noon in the Greene ESC Commons.

The purpose for the roundtable is for you to network with other district staff and to share information about your district's processes that may help other participants.   With each of the agenda items, I will do a training on the intent of the software.  Open discussion will follow each topic.

Here are some possible agenda items:

*         450/591/691 - STRS deductions - in depth look at the fields and where the information is used, board rate for different pickup options, fringe benefit flag and more

*         Employee Dates - biographical, job, calculating service credit, ODJFS weeks, EMIS attendance, termination checklist

*         Building changes for staff - Review where this data is used - things to consider when making the change

*         USPS-r demo

*         Excel Salary Schedules- adding info to produce output for NEWCNT/NEWIMPORT

*         EMIS 15L 2nd staff collection and 16L reporting
