[Mveca_usps] First Staff and Course Collection

Hello,

The "15L" Staff and Course manifest was published on 2/5/15.  It will expire in 27 days on March 18, 2015.

You will do a SIF Zone collection for the staff data and Other Data Source collection for course data.  Check the level 1 validations and preview reports.  Check your staff missing.  An override is needed if:  1) new state assigned ID; or, 2) separation date is prior to 7/1/14.

Please run collections as soon as possible to allow time to fix any errors.  Let us know if you have any questions.
