[Mveca_usps] RITA tax annual reconciliation

Hello,

I have received form 17 from the following districts for the electronic submission of W2s to RITA:  Beavercreek, Cedar Cliff, East Clinton, Miami Trace, Northwestern, Townsend North, Washington CH, and Yellow Springs.   Districts that want RITA submitted electronically, should NOT run W2PROC now in their live files until I have collected the data from yearend.  The W2CITY.DAT file is created with each execution of W2PROC.  The program that collects this data, takes the most recent file in your directory.  So, I will let you know when you can run W2PROC again.

If your district is not listed and you want me to submit your RITA file electronically, please let me know by replying to this email.
