[Mveca_usps] EMIS Update

Hello,

Thanks so much for your cooperation with 15H reporting.  Here is some additional information about upcoming EMIS reporting.


1.       Second Staff and Course- 15L -   This manifest is not yet published in the DC.  You will not do anything in USPS to prepare for this submission. This collection will take the USPEMX file that is already in the DC Other Data Source.   I'll send additional information once the manifest is published.

2.       Preparing for the First Staff and Course- 16L -  There is no indication when we will do the initial reporting of staff data for the current school year.  Update your payroll data as changes occur.  I'll send out a 16L checklist when the manifest is published.

3.       Five Year Financial Forecast - This manifest is expected any day now.  If you have your forecast spreadsheet ready, please send it to me and I'll have it ready for the DC when the manifest is published.  Your pdf assumptions will be sent to Shonta.Cade at education.ohio.gov<mailto:Shonta.Cade at education.ohio.gov>.
