Hello,

I'm not sure who all is using WORXTIME; so, I'm sending this to everyone.

I installed a new WORXTIME report that replaces the AFFORD report, WORXTIME and WORXTIME2.  These reports are still available for you, if preferred.

Type WORXTIMEII at the menu.  This scrolling report will ask you for information.  You may need to refer to the WORXTIME specs to determine what needs to be added.

1.       This program produces the csv reports for WORXTIME.  It is best if the employee has a job 01 as the main job for the first load (option1).  However, if the employee does not have job 01, the program will pick up the information (hours-per-day, FTE, etc) from any job that has been paid.

2.       If FTE = 1, then job status = FT (full-time).  If FTE is less than1, job status is VHE (Variable Hours Employee).  You may need to modify the spreadsheet prior to upload if the FTE on the job doesn't represent the employee's full or part time status.

3.       The Salary comes from the Federal Taxable Gross field

4.       The hourly-rate comes from the job record of the job that the employee was paid on

5.       If the job pay unit is daily, the hourly rate is calculated daily rate/hours per day.

You will run option 1 for the measurement period only, EE_UPLOAD.CSV.

*         Add beginning pay date and ending pay date

*         Add measurement group - this field is not in USPS.  The value added in this blank is defined by WORXTIME

*         Add employee group- defined by WORXTIME

Option 2 will provide you with the per pay upload, HRS_UPLOAD.CSV.

*         Add beginning and ending pay date (should be the same for per pay reporting)

Option 3 will create a file of new employees, EE_UPLOAD.CSV.

*         Enter each new employee's employee ID

*         Add beginning and ending pay dates

*         Add Measurement Group

*         Add Employee Group
