[Mveca_usps] SERS_EMAIL option

Hello!  Me, again!

We renamed the older SERS files that have already been submitted to eSERS.  This will reduce the files listed as available to email when you execute SERS_EMAIL.  You should now only see files for June.  If you have already emailed the file(s) listed, please let us know and we will rename that .seq to remove it from the email list.

Write helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> if you see a file listed that has already been submitted.  Provide the file name in the email.

Hello,

If you use the new SERS_EMAIL to send the SERS file to yourself, be sure to do F7  on the "SERS Submission file to email.." to see the listing of files in your directory and select the most recent file.  It doesn't default to the most recent file.
