[Mveca_usps] Fiscal EMIS page

We want to let everyone know about the new Fiscal EMIS page on our website. It contains all the documentation from our Staff EMIS meeting from Wednesday. We will also be adding a handy Staff EMIS checklist to this page very soon. To access the Fiscal EMIS page, please click here<http://www.mveca.org/EMIS11.aspx>  ...or go to the Fiscal tab and then the Fiscal Main Page link. You will see a box on the left side that contains the link to the Fiscal EMIS page.
