[Mveca_usps] Long Term Illness report

Hello,

I added a report to the menu, LONGSICK.  This program produces 2 reports:  LONGSICK.TXT and SUMSICK.TXT.  LONGSICK.TXT lists all absences for sick or dock with a subtotal by employee.  The SUMSICK lists the total absences.  This will help you identify employees that may have 15 or more consecutive absences due to illness of staff member, spouse, child or parent.   You can check the SUMSICK.TXT to see who has 15 days or more and then look at the LONGSICK.TXT to see the type and determine if the days are consecutive.   Add any consecutive leave of 15 days or more in the Long Term Illness field on the biographical record for EMIS reporting.  Long term illnesses are not used in the teacher attendance calculation for the local report card.

You can execute the report by typing LONGSICK at the menu.  The report is available from the USPS Local menu.
