[Mveca_usps] USAS and USPS Web is Down

Good Afternoon,

Many are experiencing slowness or errors in USAS and USPS Web. Also, some are not able to log in at all. We are working with our Tech team to resolve this but at this time USAS and USPS Web is down. Once we are back up we will provide an update.
