[Mveca_usps] USPS-R Release Notes 6.91.0

Good Morning,
SSDT has put out a new release that will load tonight.  A new version (6.91.0) of USPS is now available. Please see details in the full release notes<https://wiki.ssdt-ohio.org/x/NIGtCw>.

Important highlights from this release

  *   Bug Fixes
     *   Employee Master Report - include employees even if they haven't been paid
     *   Earnings Register - Total Dock amount should not include imported deferred dock values
  *   Improvements
     *   Payroll Item Max Amount Warnings - only produce the warning the first time a payroll item max has been reached
     *   Leaves - Changing pay unit (daily / hours) should recalculate more properties than balance
        *   accum per month
        *   max leave amount
        *   reset value
        *   max advance leave (sick only)
     *   Position Audit Report - show building / department code instead of database id
     *   New Contract Grid - allow sorting by type and contract days
     *   General improvements to Building and Department Code selection boxes
