[Mveca_usps] ESS Employee Locked Accounts Release

Good Morning,

After last week's release where the option is now available again for districts to unlock ESS user accounts, the placement of the unlock button has changed.

Once you go to the Users menu and click to go to the users grid you will need to:

  *   Filter to the employee's name who is locked
  *   Click the box next to the employee's name
  *   Once the employee is check marked at the top of the grid the button will be available for you to unlock them, please see the screenshot below for an example:

***Please ensure your TO recipient address only has helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org>, as some may still have another email saved from our old helpdesk (HelpFiscal at mveca.samanage.com<mailto:HelpFiscal at mveca.samanage.com>).
