[Mveca_usps] Position Overtime Classification Mass Load.csv

Good Morning Everyone,
We are diligently working to create a workable document to assist with Overtime processing in your first pay in January.
One thing you can do to get started is to set the Position Overtime Classification field to EXEMPT or NON_EXEMPT.
This has to be done.
Attached is a spreadsheet with the correct headers to load both Overtime Classifications.
If you go to Core/Position, make sure you have each of the headers on the spreadsheet plus Appointment Type, then run an excel document, filter by the Appointment type, enter either NON_EXEMPT (for any employee that will receive overtime) or EXEMPT (for all employees who do not receive overtime)
Then go to UTILITIES/MASS LOAD
Select the csv file
The importable entity is POSITION.

There are also to mass change files attached that can be imported when you go to Core/Position
Click Mass Change and import the two files.
You would filter the grid by Appointment Type and then mass change to either EXEMPT or NON_EXEMPT
Please remember to run a Spreadsheet prior to running the mass change, so we will have it as a backup in case you encounter errors.

Please keep in mind you have employees in classified appointment types that may not receive overtime, such as Treasurers.  Please code them correctly with EXEMPT.
