[Mveca_usps] W2 Form Output Files prior years

Good afternoon everyone!!!
As you are working on your W2's, please take a look in Reports/W2 Reports/W2 Form Output Files for previous years.
You will need to click the storage box icon to move them to File Archive.  This will place them in File Archive/Calendar Year-End for the year they were processed.

This is going to be necessary because SSDT is indicating that file archive is going to be migrated to The Document Store starting in February. (more about that later)
If these files are not moved from W2 Form Output Files to File Archive, they will not migrate.

This does NOT have to be done prior to your first pay in January, just before the end of January.
Please mark this on your calendar so it doesn't get missed in the migration.
