[Mveca_usps] OAPSE Report from SSDT

Good Morning,
I tested the OAPSE report for a district using the json file from SSDT that is listed in our CYE checklist.  The json file is not pulling the Primary Email.
Please find attached an OAPSE json file that will pull the primary email address.
Please replace the one you would have added to Report Manager and import this version and I will contact SSDT and let them know so our CYE documentation will have the correct json file for next year.
