[Mveca_usps] 1099 forms, W2 forms, and User Lists Review Reminders and Due Dates

Good Morning,

SSDT made some changes last night to the print layout of the forms and this has improved the printing to where we are no longer seeing numbers run over the folds. We are resuming printing today. We are still missing a few 1099/W2 print requests. Please ensure you email helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> by the end of the day with this request to ensure they are routed and queued for printing.

Also, we are also still missing user list reviews from a few districts as well, please ensure you check your sent mailbox and ensure you sent your user lists reviews to helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> as we must have these before we can print a districts 1099 and W2 forms.

Good Morning,

This is a reminder we need all requests for 1099 and W2 form printing submitted by the end of the day tomorrow (1/10/25). We also need the districts user lists review for USPS, USAS, and EIS before we can begin printing the districts forms.


  *   Currently, we are working with SSDT on some print formatting changes so at this time we are focusing on printing 1099's but as soon as we have an update from SSDT with the W2 formatting print changes we will begin printing W2's again.
***For any district who has picked up W2 forms you may have a few employee's where the W2 printing is shifted slightly to the right. If an employee needs an additional copy of their W2 form (if any data is over the seems of the 4X4 boxes we recommend using ESS as the quickest and easiest way to get        additional copies but also will re-print additional forms for employee's on a 1:1 basis, we just need to know the names of the employee's who request a re-print. This will not impact many/most employee's.
