[Mveca_usps] USPS 2025.24.4 Release Available

Good Afternoon,

SSDT sent out a new release for USPS, which includes an update to the Ohio State Tax Tables. The Ohio Tax Tables will be updated to 2.75%. This is scheduled to be updated in USPS containers this evening.
