[Mveca_usps] Upcoming USPS 2026.20.0 Release Information: Longer Startup Expected

Good Morning,
The Management Council (SSDT) has provided information regarding the upcoming USPS 2026.20.0 release, which will be applied beginning Friday, October 9 (late evening).
This release includes a one-time update that will recalculate stored totals on historical payroll items. As a result, USPS may take significantly longer than normal to start up after the update.
Most USPS districts will be updated overnight Friday into early Saturday morning, after nightly backups are completed. Please be aware that some larger districts may take longer to complete the update and may still be processing Saturday morning.
No action is required from districts, and no data changes are necessary. Please allow additional time for USPS to complete the startup process.
The Management Council will be monitoring the updates Saturday morning and will provide additional information if any issues are identified.
