<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i>When you open the files you will see a folder with all the individual pdfs, the employer copy of the W2 for city annual reconciliation, the TOTALS report and the W2FORM.DAT file. The individual pdfs can be used to print duplicates
on 11 x 14 paper, if needed. The TOTALS report is very helpful. Go to the end and it will list all municipalities, the # of employees with the withholding and the total amount for that city.
