<p class="MsoNormal">…just a friendly reminder that there is a report in USPS, CRDC, for the data needed for Civil Rights Data Collection.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:7.5pt"><span style="color:#333333">The CRDC option is available from the MENU system. This option appears under the USPS/ USPS_ANN sub menu. CRDC produces a report listing different required variables for specific reporting
groups. .It lists jobs that are reportable to EMIS and the position status is not equal U or a position status of U, but has a separation date after CCYY/06/30, where CCYY is the prior year and lastly, the fund source code must = A, B, G, I, L, N, T, or U
to be included. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:7.5pt"><span style="color:#333333">The information from the CRDC is based off Federal requirements. The CRDC report was created to be a major aid in finding the requirements, but may not be inclusive of everything.
Some additions or subtractions may be needed by the districts.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
