<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:black">A switch failure on 6/11 resulted in a brief downtime that was not anticipated. Due to cabling tightness, we are going to need to take down connectivity to the data center to replace the switch
which will result in a 15-20 minute total outage.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:black">Immediately after the replacement, a second outage will occur to change the network topology to support a new connection for enabling the July MC data center migration to limit downtime during
