<p class="MsoNormal">SSDT is moving Employee KIOSK to a new platform that will be named Employee Self Service. The migration timeframe is from July-September 30<sup>th</sup>. From an end user perspective the new application does look and feel very much like
Employee KIOSK. We will be planning a training/demo with our districts to show the application very soon!
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">However, we need to map out the migration planning as this is on a very tight schedule. MVECA would like to survey our districts to plan out our migration planning to provide an opportunity for districts to select their 1<sup>st</sup> and
2<sup>nd</sup> choice options on migration date ranges. We need your input no later than
<b><u><span style="color:red">4/22/2024</span></u></b><span style="color:red"> </span>
so we may have our migration plan completed before the end of the month. MVECA will complete the migration in July and we will begin migrating districts the first part of August.
<i><span style="color:#2F5597;mso-style-textfill-fill-color:#2F5597;mso-style-textfill-fill-alpha:100.0%">With our planning options we will plan to migrate 5-7 districts a week. If too many districts select the same week/s as their 1 and 2<sup>nd</sup> choices
we may have to re-survey districts to ensure we allocate enough time/resources appropriately. We recommend and request districts to spread out your 1<sup>st</sup> and 2<sup>nd</sup> choice date range options by at least 3 weeks so we can try to accommodate
everyone’s 1<sup>st</sup> and 2<sup>nd</sup> choice selections. <o:p></o:p></span></i></p>
