FYI All,

My team is kicking off our bi-weekly Tech Help Forums to cover different topics of completing activities in PearsonAccessNext and setting up for testing with TestNav. The information about these webinars was provided in the technology bulletin, but so far we only have 7 participants registered, across states.

Share this information if you can with those in your state that would like this opportunity for some additional live training and Q&A.

Pearson is offering multiple PARCC Help Forums to cover important topics and provide an opportunity for live Q&A. Please register for any of the PARCC Help Webinars listed below if you wish to learn more. If registration fills up, Pearson will look at offering additional sessions in future weeks.

Instructions for Participation:

In order to participate in this session, you will need to click the link to submit an online registration:

Once on this page, click the Register tab and enter your name and email address. You will then be sent a final email message that contains the link you need to access the training session.

This session will be presented via VoIP through your computer or mobile device. There will not be a phone number to call in. For this session, you will need:

  *    A computer/mobile device (mobile device requires the Cicso WebEx Meetings app)
  *   Headphones/earbuds or a speaker (if you will be in a room with other participants)
  *   A microphone (if you wish to verbally ask a question; you may also ask a question by typing it into the Q & A chat box
Please connect to the webinar 5–10 before the start of the session to attempt to avoid any technical issues. If your audio does not automatically start, follow the instructions below:

  *    Click on the Voice Conference icon in your meeting panel.
  *   Go to the Audio tab at the top of the screen.
  *   Select Speaker/Microphone audio test.
  *   Select the correct speaker and press the “Test” button to test your audio.
  *   Press OK.
