I’ve received a couple of questions on OneView.  Here is the negotiated pricing for MVECA districts:

OneView one-time development and integration fee - $1.45 per student (with 1,250 student minimum)
$2.25 per student annually with 1,250 student minimum up to 3,000 students.  Ongoing service includes maintenance, hosting, and support for OneView.
Any student after 3,000 is an additional $1.00 for initial setup and $2.00 annually.
Service includes full integration with ProgressBook Student Information to include data pushes from OneView to the SIS.
OneView is a product of eSchoolView.  MVECA is pleased to work with eSchoolView for our CMS and website.  We’ve had a good experience with this vendor.

Jason,
MVECA is strongly recommending eSchoolView’s OneView solution for electronic registration.  We negotiated with eSchoolView on pricing and, frankly, it’s the only solution that we know of that actually has successful implementations.  Some alternative solutions have been adopted and abandoned by districts in other parts of the state.  If anyone has information about other successful implementations, please let us know.

East Clinton is in the beginning stages of looking at a comprehensive online registration solution. Could you please let me know if your district uses an online/electronic registration system for student enrollment? I greatly appreciate the feedback of schools in the MVECA area.
