[Tech-l] Security Awareness Training

Good morning!
As a follow-up to the below message, I wanted to let everyone know that the maximum estimated price of the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for 36 months is now $4.60 per user/employee (rather than the amount that was in my initial message).  If you consider the cost of this training compared to the cost of a ransomware attack that is facilitated by an inexperienced district user, it might put things into a little more perspective.  If you are not interested in this training option, please make plans to educate your employees in some way about the wide variety of social engineering, phishing, and other attacks that occur every day on both public and private networks.

MVECA is working with other ITCs in Ohio to procure security awareness training.  This training is designed for district employees in order to prepare them for work with email, Internet, and other electronic resources.
Please take a look at https://www.knowbe4.com/ and let us know if you would be interested purchasing this critical security training for your employees.
In order to determine which pricing tier we can purchase from, we need to understand your interest.  However, we can estimate that the training will cost no more than $5.60 $4.60 per user for three years of use.  It is our hope that the price will be driven lower after numbers across the state are compiled.
