[Tech-l] one-to-one implementation

Good morning!
MVECA is assisting districts with one-to-one implementation and would like to collect some examples of best practices and policies associated with good management of student computing initiatives.  If you have a one-to-one implementation in your district we'd love to learn more about how it's going and what you've put in place.  It would also be terrific if we could see examples of policy documents, syllabi for any PD you're doing for teachers, and more.
If you have a moment and are willing to share, can you send me supporting information or documents associated with the list below?
Your help will be much appreciated and shared with districts that may learn from your experience!

Information and materials requested:

1.       Basic program descriptions.

2.       Device preferences and management tools being utilized.

3.       Cost analyses of hardware investments and ongoing support options for various equipment types.

4.       Lease vs. Purchase options you have considered and utilized.

5.       Parent/Student agreements for device use and care.

6.       Policies associated with one-to-one computing initiatives.

7.       Materials pertaining to instructional design in one-to-one environments.

8.       Information on professional development provided to teaching staff.
