[Tech-l] Data for Pandemic-Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT)

Good afternoon!
All public and community schools should have received notification from the state superintendent that a data submission to ODJFS is needed in order to distribute critical financial support directly to students receiving free and reduced lunch benefits.  This request comes to all of us on short notice, but I know we can handle it.  Here is what needs to happen in order to make this effort a success.

1.       Districts using ProgressBook StudentInformation hosted at MVECA must certify students eligible for free and reduced lunch by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday April 29th.  MVECA will pull all needed data for districts using our hosted SIS, StudentInformation and submit it on your behalf.  These districts need only be concerned with ensuring the accuracy of the data before 5:00 tomorrow.

2.       Districts using alternative SIS packages or student data collection methods must also certify their data, but will need to work with their SIS support provider to pull and format the data.  MVECA cannot use EMIS data to satisfy the requirements associated with this request.
