Hello,

Good morning. I hope everybody is doing well.

I wanted to provide a few notes regarding TechGuard Cyber Security Awareness training.

1) I have Thor's original message included that details our transition from KnowBe4 to TechGuard Cyber Security Awareness training. A course catalog is attached as well as a product description of the training service.

2) If your district had previously used KnowBe4 then you should have received a new Service Agreement for TechGuard from us within the last month. If you haven't received one then please feel free to let me know and I'll get one sent to you. We would like to have all agreements finalized by 10/31/20, so if you could, please return a signed copy of the Service Agreement to me by 10/31/20. We will then be in contact with you to coordinate the onboarding process.

3) If your district was not using KnowBe4, or another cyber security training program, and have interest in starting with TechGuard, please contact me (griffith at mvec.org<mailto:griffith at mvec.org>) and I'll be glad to send you a service agreement and provide you any information about TechGuard that you may need.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information regarding TechGuard. I'll be glad to help in any way possible.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Bill

Subject: [Tech-l] NEW - Cybersecurity Training

Good Afternoon!
As many of you know, MVECA has previously provided a popular cybersecurity awareness training solution to districts at $4.25 per user. However, because of difficulties associated with the renewal of that agreement, we are now going to offer an even better solution for cybersecurity training at a lower price!
TechGuard cybersecurity awareness training offers all of the features of the previous product and more. Attached you'll find a flier and course catalog. You'll see new training associated with working remotely, customized phishing content designed especially for specific offices in your district, phishing campaigns, testing, and more. This training has never been more important and we're very happy to offer the TechGuard product to our members.
The TechGuard price will be $4.00 per user annually and requires a 36 month commitment.

Live Demo: Friday, August 21st at 10:00 a.m.
To register: email sage at mveca.org<mailto:sage at mveca.org> and we'll forward the meeting link to you.

Thanks,
Thor
