Having an AI policy is one thing. Knowing how to translate it into professional learning, classroom practice, and community engagement is where it gets real - and that's exactly what this workshop is designed to help with.

What the morning looks like:

  *   7:30-8:00 - Networking breakfast and registration
  *   8:00-8:30 - Welcome, introductions, and connector
  *   8:30-8:50 - The Why: Preparing students for the AI-shaped workforce
  *   8:50-9:45 - Policy Analysis Workshop
  *   9:45-10:00 - Break
  *   10:00-10:40 - Assessing Your District's AI Readiness
  *   10:40-11:30 - From Policy to Practice: Hands-on working session to build a prioritized implementation roadmap with facilitated coaching
  *   11:30-12:00 - Commitments, connections, and next steps

You'll leave with a readiness self-assessment, peer-reviewed policy feedback, a concrete implementation roadmap ready to share with your team, and access to aiEDU's curriculum and professional learning resources.

Whether your policy is board-approved or still taking shape, this session meets you where you are. Please forward this to the person on your team best positioned to lead this work - we're asking for one representative per district.
