Good afternoon!

I wanted to share the attached FAQ on HB 410 requirements for local truancy policies and mention to everyone that an absence intervention is something that can be easily created and tracked inside of DataMap (part of the ProgressBook Suite).
The DataMap Administrator in your district can create and customize an intervention template or form for an intervention team to complete. The team can then easily update a student’s absence intervention program throughout the school year in DataMap to reflect
meetings with the student and parents along with the goal, action plan, and monitoring that would take place.

Please let us know if your district would like to try a free trial of DataMap. Below is a link to additional information about the ProgressBook DataMap module.

DataMap is a data analytics and warehouse solution that helps educators make sense of student assessment data in order to improve instruction and enhance student learning. Districts receive everything they need to leverage their data and
support achievement, including tools for managing Student Learning Objectives (SLOs) and Interventions.
